9/26 - RelicWarriors is officially broken.  There are many reasons why I have given up on RelicWarriors, and I wish Thorval the best of luck in his new Dynamis Linkshell.  Below are some of the reasons for why I have disbanded RelicWarriors:

1.  Lack of Attendance.  I Set a time and place for Dynamis, and what do I see when that time comes?  15 people at the Trail Markings.  Maybe an hour after the designated time we have 30 people or so.  This is not how a Dynamis Linkshell should be.  You should have at least 40 people ready to go at the meeting time, and approach the 64 person limit shortly afterwards.  As a member of a Dynamis Linkshell, you dedicate yourself to attend whenever possible, unless Real-Life circumstances prevent you from doing so.  This was the primary reason for the failure of RelicWarriors.

2.  Inability to Listen.  You are Not a Leader.  Let me repeat, You are Not a Leader.  In Dynamis, you don't make decisions, You follow orders.  When an order is given, you listen, no matter how stupid you think the order is.  If you're fighting a mob and the tank calls out something different, you CHANGE MOBS and let somebody sleep whatever you were previously fighting.  Don't try to be a hero or make decisions on your own.  There are only a handful of people who have any authority, and when they say something you do it.  You need to trust their judgement and decisions or the linkshell will fail.  Without this essential Lead-and-Follow mindset, you will not get very far in Dynamis.

3.  Lack of High Levels.  This is self-explanatory.  A Dynamis group with 64 level 75's is going to perform significantly better than a group of 30-40 Level 65-75's.  The large majority of level 75 NA players aren't in RelicWarriors, they attend Dynamis with another Linkshell.  This is partially my own fault, for allowing anyone into RelicWarriors.  However, due to reason #1 (Lack of Attendance), I stood no other choice.  Hopefully Thorval will realize this and disallow lower level characters from attending Dynamis.

4.  Laziness / Slopiness.  If you've been on any of the recent Dynamis runs, you will know what I am talking about.

I realize that many people enjoy RelicWarriors and I am sad that I must break this linkshell, but I have no other choice.  This linkshell only creates a lot of stress for me, and puts a deeper and deeper hole in my wallet the longer I tried to keep it going.  If you are still interested in joining a Dynamis Linkshell, contact Thorval about joining his new linkshell.

Note:  If anyone else wants their excess balance money, you MUST contact me to get it.  The account balances have caused a serious problems for me, and I refuse to do further work to fix them.  If you really want your money back send me a message and I'll be happy to send it to you.

Best of Luck to everyone,
~Faranim

9/23 - Sorry for Lack of Webpage Updates.  Life has been busy due to College and other Real-Life factors.  I have uploaded the most recent Roster.  If you are or know any of the people who owe me money, let them know about it.  The 2 Lancewood Logs I got from Dynamis-Windurst will only sell for 120k total, which won't be enough to pay back everyone.  Get on peoples cases!

I have also made a post in the Forums to discuss several issues the linkshell is having.  Lateness, Attendance, Funding, and Performance are the main issues.   ~Faranim

9/3 - I probably should have posted this a little sooner, but anyways.  Regarding our last Dynamis - Windurst.  We had two problems I'd like to specifically point out.  The first is that we seem to have a lack of pullers.  It is the responsibility of every THF/NIN and RNG/NIN to know how to pull in dynamis.  We need to have many people able to pull, this can only strengthen our LS.  Our LS should not depend on one single member, that being Kiriti.  The second item has to do with the group moving up all the time.  Stay at the camp unless told to move up.  Only the puller and BLM party should move ahead of the group.  It is advantagous for the BLM to nuke the statues far away from the group unless their eyes are blue or green.

Now, regarding my schedule.  Due to the fact that classes start I'd like to say there will be a very low chance of me coming to Dynamis on Tuesday nights.  Even if I'm on part of the night, I'm usually doing homework or studying at the same time.  This is somewhat easy to do while camping HNMs for example, whereas it is impossible to do while in Dynamis.  I still might join everyone on Tuesday nights, but don't expect me to be there like I used to.  Regarding the weekend, I will almost always be able to show up.  Tomorrow, 9/4, in particular I might not be there due to previously arranged plans, but other than that I will probably almost always be there.  Just thought I'd let everyone know my schedule in advance.  ;)  ~ Simozene

8/28 - Please read the policies page.  The account balances aren't working.  Pay up what you owe if you owe gil immediately.

8/25 - We had a good run yesterday in Bastok.  Only a few problems I'd like to point out. The biggest problem has to be people coming late.  Please try to make it on time.  Another problem is that people still aren't taking the initiative to form parties.  I had to basically tell people, "Please start forming a tank party" or "Please start forming a melee party" or "Alliance with so-and-so" in /tell before the run.  We need to have a 'main tank' order before we go in from now on.  There was too much confusion when a tank died.  And lastly, there were some problems with people waking up sleeping mobs.  One problem was that they weren't provoked by a tank so they would come and attack me.  And the second was simply that they shouldn't have been woken up.  Regarding this, a certain SMN has to watch her ifrit a bit more carefully. ~Simozene

-  I will be heading back to college on Thursday August 19th and wont have a computer again until August 26th.  Kiriti is in charge of the next 2 dynamis trips until I get back.  Continue to send gil to me and I'll pick it up once I get my computer up and running.

List of issues that have arisen recently:
A.  Linkshell Chat is for Dynamis-related chatting only.  There is FAR to much spam in the Linkshell chat, and important messages are CONSTANTLY being missed, resulting in death.  You must be alert and read the linkshell messages carefully for information regarding pull status.
B.  New members.  If you invite a new member to the linkshell, Give them the link to this website and have them contact me WELL IN ADVANCE of the next dynamis trip.  I'm tired of having 6 people send me /tells while forming parties "Hey I want to join your Dynamis Linkshell what do I need to do?"  You are responsible for anyone you recruit.  I don't need to be bothered with briefing new members about what they need to do, and much less while forming parties and handing out hourglasses at the same time.
C.  I don't want to ever hear "When are you doing Dynamis - XXXX?"  Your choice to come to Dynamis should NOT be affected by where we are going.  I'm sick and tired of people not coming because they're only interested in getting clears for certain zones, or only want certain AF2 / currency types.
D.  Lateness.  When I say 7:00 PM EST, BE AT THE TRAIL MARKING AT 7:00!  The later you are, the more you hold everyone up.  Don't be late.  If this continues I will need to impose some sort of penalty for anyone who is not in the proper zone at the designated meeting time.  IF you have a scheduling issue that doesn't allow you to be there at the right time, let me know in advance.  I'm tired of wasting my and everyone elses time because people seem to think it's acceptable to be late.
E.  Yet again, I am missing a large chunk of attendance lists.  If you're a party leader, or even if you aren't, WRITE DOWN THE NAMES OF EVERYONE IN YOUR ALLIANCE AND SEND IT TO ME.  I could care less if I get 18 messages listing the same alliance members.  I'M TIRED OF TRACKING PEOPLE DOWN AND FIGURING OUT WHO WAS THERE.
F.  Account Balances.  The following people owe me money.  Send it to me.  Now.  If you see any of these people online nag them to send me money.
G.  Rules page updated again with some minor changes.

- I now have access to this site, so I can keep the pages and roster up to date more often.  I also cleaned out all the old Messages on this page.  Only 22 people have sent me POL Messages so far for the Roster information.  You should be checking this website at least twice per week.
I will be able to attend Tuesday's San D'Oria run, but I won't be able to attend the next 2.  I will be going back to College, and without a computer for my first week.  I also have no idea whether my college schedule will conflict with future Dynamis trips as well.  I may need to change the days and times we go to Dynamis so that I'm not doing all the paperwork for nothing.  If you have any schedule suggestions please let me know.
~Faranim

- Lots of updates.  Check out the Policies and Strategies pages.

- "All current members must do the following:

1.  /befriend Faranim
2.  Send Faranim a POL Message with the following information:

A.  Your current Job and level.  Also list other jobs that you have at level 65+
B.  The Dynamis Areas which you have cleared.
C.  Any Relic Weapons and AF2 you have obtained.  This includes items obtained outside of RelicWarriors.
D.  Your current account balance, according to the website.
E.  Any other information relevant to the linkshell, the roster, or the webpage.

Failure to complete these steps before Tuesday, August 17th, will result in a loss of AF2 Lotting rights on all Dynamis trips until the above steps are fulfilled.  Even if you have sent me this information already via e-mail, you should do so again via POL Message." ~Faranim

- Please read this entire site and try to check back often as it changes quickly.
